Items purchased online may be returned to Bullet Girl within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged items are non-refundable.

 

To return or exchange an item, please email orders@bulletgirl.com or call 713-522-6800 to obtain a return authorization (RA) form. This form must be printed and included in the return package. Items without a RA form will not be accepted.

 

Bullet Girl is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
